'Jesus Cleanses'

Jesus is healing and willing

 “ And it happened when He was in a certain city, that behold, a man who was full of leprosy saw Jesus; and he fell on his face and implored Him, saying; "Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean."  

Then He put out His hand and touched him, saying, "I am willing; be cleansed." Immediately the leprosy left him.”
Luke 5:12-13

This man was full of Leprosy; a leper is never accepted in many societies. He was definitely a sick man. These people are indeed an outcast. Nobody wanted to have anything to do with them.
I was traveling sometimes to a very remote part of the country and I saw many of them on the road side. Some people were throwing money to them, avoiding body contacts. I was moved with pity.
I can visualize the situation this leper that came to Jesus was. He was not a happy man. He wanted solutions to his problem. One of the beautiful things, about this leper is that he knew where to get solutions to his problems.
You can not go far to know that he had FAITH in Jesus. His faith in the lord reflects in his approach toward Jesus, he said to Jesus: "If You are willing, You can make me clean."
He BELIEVED Jesus Christ was more than capable of solving his problem, if Jesus was willing. This leper saw Jesus as the HEALER. He exhibited a definite mind of faith that can not loose. Will you come to Jesus, with this type of heart, the heart that doesn’t’ stray back to Egypt? Israelites, during their desert journey, were facing Canaan but their hearts were not. The scripture says“..... And in their hearts they turned back to Egypt,” Acts 7:39

As this leper was facing Jesus, his heart was with Jesus, and he said if you are willing...... Is Jesus not always willing to meet our needs? Is this not the purpose for which He came, personally. How beautifully, I am visualizing my Lord, sitting at the right hand side of the Father, doing good works, just as He did during His earthly walk.
I want you to see the same person, I mean; “…..Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.” Rom 8:3  
Have the mind that Jesus Christ is the Healer. Have this set of mind that Jesus is ever willing to respond in your situations. Jesus will never disappoint you, even if the whole world fails you.
Jesus is willing to give you back your lost glory, finances, health, peace, marriage, happiness, business, the years of trial without success, if you can come to Him like this humble man. In twelfth verse, ‘the man implored Jesus’, anxious because he needed solutions.

Come to Jesus with a mind saying, Jesus you are my solutions. Take your heavy yoke to His feet with a mind of faith. The man said "Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean…."

There is somebody, I know, who will never allow you to languish in any rotten situation, If you can come to Him with a repentant Heart, that person is Jesus.
“Then He [The Lord I know, that will not ignore a broken and contrite heart] put out His hand and touched him, saying, "I am willing; be cleansed." Immediately the leprosy left him.” 
Jesus is ever willing to answer you, come to Him now. I want to pray with you, but you have to accept Him into your life. Pray this prayer with me; my Lord, forgive me all my sins and cleanse me with your blood. Come into my life, be my Lord and personal savior, In Jesus’ name. Amen.


I will pray with you now; lay your hand on any area that you need healing, with faith in the Healer, Lord Jesus. He is ever willing to heal you and His hand is always available to touch you, I pray; be healed in the name of Jesus. Receive your healing now, in the name of Jesus. Be cleansed, in Jesus name I pray, Amen. Praise and give thanks to the Lord of Lords for His wonderful blessings upon your life. Rejoice in the Lord. Read your Bible always and meditate upon The Word of God. The Lord will keep you standing in Jesus name. Amen.
